Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

 

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days across India. Delivery times to remote pin codes may be longer.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping is included on all orders. Any change to this will be shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.

 

Delays

We are not able to control delays caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

 

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
